On Google Tech Talks, there was a talk back in September 2006, where Ken Schwaber demonstrated what Scrum is and how it dramatically changes many things in a project, especially for project management. Ken Schwaber co-developed the Agile process, Scrum, and he is a founder of the Agile Alliance and Scrum Alliance, and signatory to the Agile Manifesto.
